CleanerDesk is downloadable commercial desktop software. There are no physical packages, CD-ROMs, or printed manuals shipped in the postal mail.

1. Post-Payment Digital Delivery Architecture

Upon verified successful payment once commercial checkout and certified release builds are active:

  • You are redirected immediately to your secure on-screen order fulfillment page (/order/), where your purchase session delivers your unique, cryptographic license key and registered order records.
  • Your authorized desktop installer access (macOS DMG and Windows EXE) is tied directly to your verified commercial license entitlement.

2. Supported Desktop Packaging Formats

CleanerDesk is packaged and distributed as a native desktop application:

  • macOS: CleanerDesk-7.0.1-macOS.dmg — Desktop application for macOS. Final supported OS versions will be confirmed with the certified production release.
  • Windows: CleanerDesk-7.0.1-Windows-Setup.exe — Desktop application for Windows. Final supported OS versions will be confirmed with the certified production release.
  • Integrated Operations Engine: Includes quoting calculator, Profit Guard margin defense, client management, job scheduling, invoicing, expense tracking, and local-first data storage.
  • License verification: Initial activation and occasional brief internet access are required to verify license validity. Between successful verification periods, CleanerDesk can continue operating offline.

3. Installation & Device Activation

  1. Download the certified installer for your computer operating system.
  2. Run the installer and follow the standard operating system installation prompts.
  3. Launch CleanerDesk and enter your license key on the activation screen.
  4. Your license grants entitlement for up to four active computers used by the same licensed cleaning business. Both macOS and Windows rights are included in a single purchase and may be used in any combination within that four-device allowance. If all four slots are in use, deactivate an old computer before activating a replacement.

4. License Retrieval & Customer Support

If you have completed payment and need assistance retrieving your license key or accessing your order confirmation, please contact our support desk:
